MV AMIDAS
Amidas is a 32"Aquastar the spacious wheelhouse
can shelter 12 passengers if necessary and is
fitted out with all the electronics needed for a
great days diving or sea fishing. there is
a toilet on board and a large deck area creating
plenty of space for divers and sea fishermen.
The skipper is an ex pro diver and is a charter
skipper with many years experience of the mull
coastline giving him a great knowledge of Sea
anglers & divers needs, with a working knowledge
of the best fishing and dive sites off the
shores of Mull.
3 hour Sea Fishing
Trips
Departing from Tobermory this trip is a relaxing
few hour afloat in the Sound of Mull, where you
catch
 mostly mackerel, but also pollock,
coalfish, ling and dogfish showing up
occasionally. Fishing rods are provided at
no extra charge and the Charlie will be only to
pleased to demonstrate how to use them. you may
keep as much of your catch as you wish any
surplus is used locally as bait and is much
appreciated. whilst fishing dolphins and
porpoises are frequently seen as they like fish
too, on request Charlie will take you to visit
local seal colonies in the Tobermory area before
making for home with your catch

Dive Charters
 Dive charters aboard Amidas
take you to the wrecks down the Sound of
Mull where there are many good dive sites
but more frequently we are asked to go
further afield to the splendid dives around
the Island of Coll and beyond Ardnamurchan
to bo Fascadale, where dolphins and whales
are often seen a visit to the island
hostelry between dives are an entertaining
way to decompress! Tobermory is a
great location to base your dives from
unlike many dive centres it has a great
filling service for your air tanks as well
as much accommodation and great public
houses and restaurants to eat in as well as
alot of land based activities for you and
your family as well as diving.
